This conference brought together leaders at Early Warning to discuss company culture and vision for the coming year. The theme was "Further. Together." The event organizer asked my team to create a set of materials that evoked balance and calm, while still emphasizing forward movement. This was meant to reflect a commitment to work-life balance; a drive to accomplish strategic goals while prioritizing well-being for employees. We chose a Bauhaus-inspired aesthetic to achieve this effect, using minimalistic, balanced layouts featuring abstract shapes to convey movement.
